• Warehouse Hours: Our warehouses are open Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Slipcover Delivery: Each modular slipcover piece is boxed and shipped separately. If you order slipcovers for multiple pieces or a preconfigured set, each slipcover will be delivered in its own box. These boxes may arrive at different times due to warehouse logistics. We’ll provide tracking for each individual box so you can monitor the progress of your entire order.

No tools required for slipcover installation. The base slipcover easily fits over the fully assembled couch frame and secures with Velcro to ensure it stays in place without shifting. All cushion slipcovers unzip for easy application—simply slip them over the cushions and zip them up to achieve a perfect fit.

• Shipping & Unboxing:
  Your Juno Classic sofa is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you notice any issues during delivery or while unboxing—such as visible damage to the the product—please document the issue with photos and contact our support team immediately. We will work quickly to resolve any problems, including offering a replacement or compensation if necessary.
• 1-Year Limited Warranty:
  Our Juno Classic products come with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty. This covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If you experience issues during the first year, simply provide photos or videos of the defect, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or compensation.
• Post-Warranty Care:
  After the warranty period, we're still here to support you! If you experience wear and tear or need replacement covers, cushions, or other parts, you can get in contact and purchase these directly from us at a discounted rate for Juno Classic owners.
