βœ… It is returned in its original packaging and box to prevent damage.
βœ… You initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your sofa arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or compensation.

2. Return Process

  • A brief reason for the return

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Once approved, we’ll send you prepaid return shipping details, including a return label and timeframe for pickup.

Step 3: Pack & Return the sofa

  • Securely repack the sofa in its original box and packaging.
  • Drop it off at a FedEx location or be available during your scheduled free pickup.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds typically take 3-10 business days to appear in your account.

3. Return Shipping Costs

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
